4. Release of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of participation in the activities, including but not limited to slips, falls, or injuries.
5. Indemnification:
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, actions, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the activities.
6. Emergency Situations:
In the event of an emergency, the participant authorizes the Company to arrange medical assistance if deemed necessary and agrees to cover any associated costs.
