I have been working as a rep for some of the major travel companies in lots of different European holiday destinations over the last seven years. So when the guys at Search4sun asked me to give my opinion on the best lively 18-30 holiday destinations this year, I felt I would be more than suitable for the job. My five favourites in ascending order are as follows:

5. Kardemena in Kos
Not as well known as some of the other lively destinations but a great little party resort. I worked here for part of the summer back in 2011 and loved the place. The main beach is long and sandy with a good selections of bars and places to eat along it, plus loads of water sports on offer. Bar street and the square is the main area with over 100 clubs and bars offering a selection of music from garage and indie through to cheesy pop and a bit of karaoke.
4. Playa de las Americas in Tenerife
I have put this one in my top five mainly because it’s the best year round European party destination. The other four destinations in this list are only available in the summer peak months, whereas Las Americas is a popular party town all year. It is at its busiest during the summer months but you can still come in November and party til the early hours. You have one main L shaped strip in Las Americas with a great selection of bars and clubs and the nights usually finish in either Tramps or Rags which are right in the centre. The beach is black volcanic sand which is a little different too.
3. Magaluf in Majorca, Spain
No party holiday destination list would be complete without the famous Magaluf in Majorca which is one of the Spanish Balaeric Islands. It has everything you could want with small cheap bars all the way to massive super club BCN. There are a couple of strips in Magaluf all lined with bars and clubs offering 2 for 1’s, free shots and the like! The main road leads into Palma Nova which is a nice area itself. A little tip if you like to party but don’t always want to stay right in the heart of it all; stay in Palma Nova and make the 10 minute walk into Magaluf for your party nights!
2. Malia Crete
This 18-30 Holiday Destinations A lot of people would argue Malia was the top party destination of 2012 and it continues to be huge in 2013. The main strip heads all the way down to the sandy beach where you will find some great beach bars. There are lots of booze cruises in Malia with even more popping up after the Inbetweeners film last year. With one of the largest strips in the Mediterranean, a great sandy beach, famous DJ’s, great booze cruises and the awesome Acqua water park, it’s easy to understand why Malia is more popular than ever.
1. Ibiza in San Antonio and Playa Den Bossa
Probably not the biggest shock but my number one has to be Ibiza, a diverse island with lots of areas that are all about parties! The main resort is San Antonio, here is where most people head to for a lively night. You will find Café Mambo overlooking the lovely harbour area with Eden and Es Paradis, two of the Ibiza ‘Superclubs’, right in the heart of the town. There are 7 main ‘superclubs’ dotted around the island of Ibiza and you can get coaches as part of your ticket entry. They are Amnesia near San Rafeal, DC10 near the airport, Eden and Es Paradis in the centre of San Antonio, Pacha near the marina, Privilege in San Rafeal and my favourite Space which is in Playa Den Bossa. This 18-30 Holiday Destinations resort of Playa Den Bossa is slightly different to San Antonio. It is more about the music and the Bora Bora beach bar is open all hours and the beach always guarantees a great day. Ibiza has to be the best island in the world for partying in my humble opinion but I am more than happy to hear what you think.
