Most UK visitors to Santa Cruz arrive into Tenerife South Airport (TFS) and transfer by taxi or bus — a journey of approximately 50–60 minutes via the TF-1 motorway. The TITSA bus 111 connects TFS with Santa Cruz city centre at regular intervals throughout the day.
From the southern resorts, Santa Cruz is 45–55 minutes by fast bus or car. From Puerto de la Cruz, it is approximately 35 minutes via the TF-5 motorway. The city’s central bus station (Intercambiador de Santa Cruz) is a short walk from the main sights.
